Meet Ricki

Hi, I’m Ricki!

I’m a counselor, wife, mom of three, and someone who understands that life can be a lot to navigate sometimes. When I’m not in counselor mode, you’ll probably find me at the gym, catching up with my book club, planning my next trip, or spending time with my family.

I became a counselor because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping them recognize strengths they may not always see in themselves. I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

We can figure out life together. You bring your story, and I’ll be there to support you along the way.

My approach

My approach is rooted in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy, with care tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that make sense for your everyday life.

There’s no one-size-fits-all version of therapy here. You bring your story. We’ll figure out what works for you together, and I’ll help you along the way.

What Sets Us Apart

Therapy That Fits Into Real Life

Getting support shouldn’t feel like another stressful stop in your day. With telehealth, counseling can meet you where you are—whether that’s your couch after work, a quiet space during the day, or somewhere you simply feel comfortable being yourself.

Support for Different Ages & Stages

Therapy looks different for everyone—and it should. Children may benefit from creativity, games, movement, and interactive activities, while teens and adults may need space to talk, process, problem-solve, and build practical skills.

Connection Before Perfection

We start where you are, build a genuine connection, and work together to understand what you need and where you want to go.
